SERVICES: Regular exterior and interior inspections as well as after major storms; Regular (monthly or quarterly) condition reports; Development and maintenance of property specific service database; Liaise with local trades personnel and other professionals for oversight and access to property/estate; Conservation project management; Open/Close premises for season, visits, guests, deliveries, etc.; Arrange/oversee regular and/or seasonal landscape maintenance and housekeeping; Property/Estate specific bookkeeping.

ARRANGEMENTS: Annual retainer charged plus hourly rate(s) depending on services. After consulting with you and other due diligence regarding your needs and the needs of the property/estate, I then prepare a simple proposal for your review. A Letter of Intent follow, to be signed mutually.
